Our tutors are our most important resource in meeting your needs. The dedicated individuals who work with your students deserve, and expect, a pre-arranged schedule.
-If you need to change your entire schedule (such as days or times), you are welcome to do so for a one-time $20 reschedule fee.
-If you need to individually change/reschedule/cancel a session, you may do so (1 session only) for no additional fee. Any additional cancellations or rescheduling will incur a fee.
- If the change occurs within 24 hours of your session, you will be charged the full cost of the session.
- If the change occurs prior to 24 hours before your session, a $20 rescheduling/cancellation fee will be charged.
- If you have prepaid for a tutoring or test prep package, in the event we are unable to accommodate a reschedule, either a refund of that session fee, less the amount of the $20 rescheduling/cancellation fee, will occur, or we can roll over the amount to be used for a future session.
